Bio
JIM FETTER
Jim was born in Pennsylvania but spent his adult life in Michigan, where he attended art school and worked as a commercial artist for many years. He eventually opened his own commercial art studio, servicing many of the major advertising agencies in the country. His fine art paintings hang in many homes and businesses around the world.

In 2005, one of Jim's paintings was included in the Ann Arbor, Michigan Kresge Art Museum's "Masters of Illusion, 150 years of Trompe L'oeil in America" show.
His work was exhibited at the Grand Rapids Public Museum during the ArtPrize venue
He had a one man show at the Jesse Besser Museum in Alpena, Michigan. Fifty pieces were exhibited.
In 2008 he completed a one man show at the Starkweather Gallery in Romeo ,Michigan.
Jim is a member of the NOAPS Signature Artist Guild, a honorary fellowship of career artists whose work is recognized for consistent excellence.
